How do I get you my horses hair? 

After you customize and purchase your new bracelet or keychain you will need to mail me your horses hair. Please follow the instructions in the “measure and cut” feature for the best way to cut new hair.  Place hair in a ziplock bag with your name and address on it and mail to:

I will return any unused hair upon request. 

Who is responsible for shipping costs related to sending out hair or a horse shoe for custom orders? 

You, the buyer, are responsible for all costs associated with sending out items for a custom order.  You will also be charged shipping at the time of the purchase to cover the cost sending out your finished product.  

How Long will a custom order take? 

Please allow 2-3 weeks from when the hair is shipped. 

Do I need to wash his tail before sending hair? 

No, you do not. A little dirt is ok. But, if their tail is very grimy or urine stained then please wash but do not add conditioner or shine products. 

How do I send you a horse shoe for a custom tree of life? 

After you have customized and purchased your tree of life, clean all the dirt from the shoe and remove any nails left. Then send it to:

Please make sure your name and address are clearly printed on the envelope’s return address so I can match it to your order. 

What is your return policy? 

I cannot accept returns of any custom orders.  However, if something ever breaks I will be happy to remake or fix it at only the cost of new hardware (if needed) and shipping costs. On all stock (non custom) products I will accept returns as long as the item is not damaged, and it is within 30days of purchase.
